Weiming D. Chu M.D., FAPA

Weiming David Chu M.D. specializes in Psychiatry. Dr. Chu attended Ross University School of Medicine and completed his General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Nevada program in Las Vegas. He finished his fellowship at UCI and is currently the Medical Director of 6 hospitals in Southern California. He is board certified in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Chu is one of the managing partner of New Foundation Medical and consults for Alta Hospitals systems across the US.

Lucy Won, D.O.

Lucy Won D.O. was born and raised in South Korea and is fluent in both English and Korean. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. To pursue psychiatry, she then moved to Arizona to attend the Midwestern  University for her medical degree in Osteopathic medicine. She was then accepted to the University of Nevada, School of Medicine psychiatric residency training program in Las Vegas. During her last year of training, she had the opportunity to work as chief resident on behalf of her fellow trainees. She is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Won currently provides care for patients in outpatient and skilled nursing settings.

Heather Cross, EdD

 Heather Cross is a graduate of the California State University schools and Argosy University. Dr. Cross has a vast background in counseling psychology, motivational speaking, and women studies: specializing in mood disorders, substance abuse and late life. Dr. Cross creates a safe, warm, nurturing place for children, adolescents and adults to work towards healthy outcomes and relief from distress. Her approach is exploratory, collaborative, playful and systematic. Dr. Cross keeps up to date on the latest studies and treatments relevant to treatment goals. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution-Focused therapy.

Bryan Yang MD

Bryan Yang MD is a board certified psychiatrist who attended Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Yang has worked with the seriously mentally ill in a variety of settings from consultation-liaison psychiatry at the Department of Veteran Affairs and outpatient psychiatry at UCLA Behavioral Health Associates to inpatient/telepsychiatry at Community Hospital. He is currently focused on correctional/forensic psychiatry as well as cross-cultural psychiatry.

Sonia Villa NP MSN

 Sonia Villa was an ER nurse for 25 years prior to obtaining her Master’s as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at California State University, Long Beach. She is a Board certifiedPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Sonia who is fluent in english and spanish, has been practicing as a psychiatric NP for 6 years and works in many settings including office, long term care, skilled nursing, detox, rehab, and residential treatment programs. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys running and outdoor activities.

Alise Driscoll LCSW

Alise Lauren Driscoll specializes in clinical social worker and has over 12 years of experience in the field of medicine. She graduated from medical school with her medical degree in 2007.

Her goal is to create a warm and nurturing environment for her patients where they feel capable of being their vulnerable and authentic self. Through personal understanding and emotional growth patients will discover a stronger sense of self and well-being.

Clara H. Lee

Clara Lee believes that healing and change begins with the therapeutic relationship. Through a safe, caring and nonjudgmental space we can process difficult emotions, gain awareness of what keeps us in suffering, and integrate newfound insights which bring relief. She is sensitive to the ways our past experiences and future anxieties impact our present. Together we will explore and discover what unfolds moment-to-moment to gain new understanding and begin healing.

She is currently working for individual, couple, and family who experience any life struggle at my private practice (Irvine) and New Foundation Medical Group in Orange County (Santa Ana). She has also helped many people at the counseling center of Orange County Sheriff Saddleback Station.

Clars is passionate about helping people have better life. She has dedicated her career to studying relationships and helping people develop and maintain a satisfying life. With enthusiasm, warmth, and a great sense of humor, she likes to guide individuals, couples, and families through the process of developing stronger, more fulfilling life.

Kirsten Carter LCSW

Kirsten Carter attended San Diego State University for both her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work. She worked in Medical Social Work from 2002-2019 and is now providing psychotherapy to clients in the office and the community. 

She enjoys helping patients, from children to seniors, with issues that affect their daily lives. Depression, anxiety, grief, academic or occupational stressors, women’s issues, and coping with health concerns may be some of the issues her patients are facing.

Kirsten's goal is to help patients find well-being by providing a safe and comfortable space where they can be true to themselves. Through personal connection and understanding, patients can grow and stretch themselves to find confidence and a stronger sense of self.
